Who can join

We welcome individuals currently residing in the US from all walks of life. Regardless of your age, ethnicity, occupation, or lifestyle, your unique perspective is exactly what we’re looking for. No special experience is required, just a willingness to share your honest thoughts. Participation in our studies is always voluntary and confidential.

How to participate

If a study becomes available that matches your profile, we’ll send you an email invitation with a brief survey to see if you qualify. If it’s a good fit, we’ll reach out via email or phone call with instructions on how to join. Please note that completing a survey doesn't always guarantee a spot in the study, but it helps us find the best matches. You’ll receive your reward as a thank-you for your time and feedback.

What kind of studies will I be invited to?

Our studies vary based on our clients' needs. You might be asked to:

  • 1-on-1 Interviews: A video call or in-person chat about your experiences.
  • Usability Testing: Trying out a new app or website and thinking out loud.
  • Focus Groups: Joining a small group of people to discuss a specific topic.
  • Diary Studies: Recording your thoughts or habits over several days.

How are research incentives handled?

We value the time and insights you share with us. For each study, participants receive a one-time incentive as a token of appreciation. These are typically issued via digital gift cards (such as Amazon or Tremendous), depending on the specific study requirements. The exact amount and delivery method will be clearly outlined in your study invitation, allowing you to choose whether or not to participate on a case-by-case basis.

Can I participate if I don't live in a specific city?

Yes! While we do conduct in-person research in various cities throughout the US, many of our studies are conducted remotely, meaning you can participate from the comfort of your own home regardless of where you live.

Is my data safe?

Absolutely. We take your privacy seriously and are fully GDPR compliant. Your personal information is used strictly for matching you with research studies. Your individual responses are anonymized in our reports to clients unless you provide explicit consent otherwise.
