The spark that ignited our Research Journey
Loop UX began with two researchers and a strong desire to bridge the gap between faceless numbers and the complex reality of human experience. Back then we aimed to dig further than numerical data to uncover the 'why' behind user behavior.
Over the years we have grown from a small-scale operation into a global network, but our core philosophy remains unchanged: human stories drive better product design.
