UXR Project Coordinator & Participant Recruiter

If so, we want to hear from you! As a UX Research Coordinator & Participant Recruiter, you'll be the vital link between our research projects and the participants who make them possible. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our studies by identifying, recruiting, and coordinating participants across the US. This role is perfect for someone who is outgoing, creative, detail-oriented and comfortable on the phone.
What You'll Do:
- Participant Recruitment:
- Manage participant recruitment for UX research projects - both via established processes like databases and lists and via creative outreach (social media, online communities etc.).
- Conduct phone screenings to qualify participants and ensure they meet study criteria.
- Schedule and coordinate participant sessions, ensuring smooth and efficient logistics. Provide excellent communication and support to participants throughout the recruitment and study process.
- Actively expand and maintain our US participant database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Additional Project Support:
- Assist UX Research Project Managers with various administrative tasks, including vendor communication, hosting sessions and data collection.
What You Bring:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience either from a previous jobs or from academic work
- Outgoing and Energetic Personality: You love talking to people and building relationships.
- Excellent Communication Skills: You're comfortable on the phone and can communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- Strong Organizational Skills: You're detail-oriented and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Creative Problem-Solving Abilities: You can think outside the box to find innovative solutions.
- Tech Savvy: You're comfortable using various software and online tools.
- A Passion for UX Research: You're interested in understanding user behavior and contributing to meaningful research.
- Bonus Points:
- Experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service.
- Experience with UX research or related fields.
- Fluency in Spanish is preferred.
